CSL are able to offer an independent checking service for new buildings to aid with GIA / NIA calculations, Lease plan demises and licensing layouts.

CSL also has the capability to undertake as built surveys for structures as they are being constructed.

Utilising our HD scanners we can provide an instant snapshot of a building in progress, providing information on column verticality, slab edges, box-outs and floor levels, to pass on to fit out contractors and to confirm building tolerances constructed.
